Like many businesses, accommod8 is also feeling the effects of the pandemic and the resulting restrictions.

Throughout the summer we have lost staff through repeated isolations and illness.

These members of staff would normally be working to prepare properties for new tenants.

As a result, the turnaround and preparation of properties for new tenants is taking longer this summer.

Please bear in mind that under the terms of tenancy, you are paying a summer retainer and you will only be offered a Check-In date when your property has been prepared and any missing documents have been supplied by tenants.

We are working longer hours to get properties ready as soon as we can and appreciate your understanding and cooperation at this challenging time.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this situation, which is largely out of our control.
