We are committed to high standards in our accommodation. All student properties are registered with the Universities and all properties are accredited by the City Council requiring us to conform to rigorous Codes of Practice.
We are licensed and regulated by the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) which, amongst many benefits, confirms our professionalism and gives our tenants and clients financial security and peace of mind.
accommod8 provides management services to the student sector including comprehensive turnkey solutions - consultancy, facilities management, lettings, revenue collection and asset management.
For existing larger purpose built schemes accommod8 will assume full management of the site or take a new scheme from the contractor, equip it, let it out and undertake all the start up activities.
