Our accommodation in Preston is located in St Thomas Hall off Fulwood Road, a short walk from UCLAN.
The cluster flats provide great value, comfortable and secure accommodation with large study bedrooms with shared living space, kitchens and bathrooms facilities.
You can rent one or more rooms or rent the whole 10/11/12 bed flats. There is free broadband, gym and games room with a laundry on site - all for just £65pw inclusive of utilities.
We have a local Site Manager who deals with all day to day running of the site and we maintain a close link with UCLAN to ensure we can support our Tenants and comply with accommodation standards.
