Description of site:
Large Victorian end terrace C.1900 located in the Newsham Park area of Liverpool 6Main works carried out:
- Full strip out and preparation
- Installation of new mains electricity and water supply
- Installation of damp-proof membrane to basement
- Remodeling of interior to provide self-contained one bed flats supervised by Independent Building Inspector
- Full electrical installation including fire alarm and emergency lighting system to NICEIC standards
- Full plumbing and heating installation to CORGI standards
- Upvc double glazed windows and doors
- Full internal repair to walls, ceilings and joinery
- Full internal and external decoration
- Basic landscaping works
Timescale:
The project was carried out in approximately sixteen weeks.
